Your two nation vacation begins in the “Emerald City,” Seattle, offering picturesque views of lush green hills surrounded by snowcapped mountains and sparking blue waters. Take in the incredible view from the Space Needle; see “flying fish” at Pike’s Market and renowned artwork at the Tacoma Glass Museum.

Travel through spectacular scenery, walk through a rain forest in Olympic National Park, and look for wild life as you wind your way through magnificent vistas up to Hurricane Ridge.

Ferry across the Juan de Fuca Straits to Vancouver Island and Victoria. Tour Victoria’s Totem Pole Park, quaint downtown, Chinatown, Craigdarroch Castle and Ocean Drive. Marvel at world famous Butchart Gardens.

Cruise through the San Juan Islands to the Canadian mainland and Vancouver. Travel up Hwy #99 along the coast and then inland to the ski resort at Whistler Mountain, host to the February 2010 Winter Olympics.

TRAVEL ITINERARY

Day 1: Indianapolis/ Seattle, WA
Begin your tour with home shuttle to the airport and a morning flight to Seattle. Meet your tour manager and depart for the Tacoma Glass Museum. Experience the exhibits by world-renowned artists and be enthralled by the Hot Shop artists working with molten glass. Return to Seattle and check into your centrally located hotel for two nights. Day 2: Seattle
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before boarding the motorcoach for your morning city tour of Seattle. See Pioneer Square, Pike’s Market (famous for their “flying fish”), downtown Seattle, Lake Washington, Seattle Center, and much more. Ascend to the top of the famous Space Needle for an incredible view. Free time this afternoon to explore Pacific Science Center, ride the monorail, shop at the original Nordstrom’s, and more. Day 3: Seattle / Bainbridge Island / Olympic National Park / Ferry to Victoria, BC
Board our morning Washington State Ferry in Seattle for the short trip across to Bainbridge Island. Motor north, cross the Hood Canal Bridge and drive along the coast to Port Angeles for an included lunch. Next tour Olympic National Park, the only temperate rain forest in North America. A spectacular alpine drive awaits you as we wind our way up to Hurricane Ridge. Enjoy the magnificent vistas of this unique forest, keeping an eye out for bald eagles, mountain lions, and bear. Return to Port Angeles and board the MV Coho Ferry and cross the Juan de Fuca Straits to Vancouver Island and Victoria, BC, Canada. Coast Victoria Harbourside (B,L)

Day 4: Victoria
Morning city tour of Victoria. See Totem Pole Park, quaint downtown, Chinatown, Craigdarroch Castle and Ocean Drive. Stop at the Royal British Columbia Museum to view the First People’s, Natural History and Modern History galleries. Free afternoon to explore on your own. Day 5: Victoria / Ferry to Vancouver, BC
Enjoy a morning walking tour of the five landscaped gardens that make up the world famous Butchart Gardens. Still owned by the Butchart family, their commitment to horticulture and hospitality continues to this day. Next, board the ferry at Swartz Bay for a cruise thru the San Juan Islands to the Canadian mainland and Vancouver. Enjoy a city tour including Stanley Park, English Bay, Gastown, Chinatown, and Yaletown. Arrive at your centrally located hotel right in the heart of restaurant row. Blue Horizon, Vancouver (B)

Day 6: Vancouver / Whistler Mountain Ski Resort
A fantastic day of scenery awaits you today as we travel up Hwy #99 along the coast and then inland to the ski resort at Whistler Mountain, host to the February 2010 Winter Olympics. Enjoy free time to shop and have lunch on your own. Return to Vancouver for a special treat. Ride the tram to the top of Grouse Mountain for a lumberjack and animal show, plus our Farewell Dinner with a view of the city. Blue Horizon, Vancouver (B,D)

Day 7: Vancouver / Seattle/ Indianapolis
Motor south across the US border to visit the Boeing Factory in Everett. You have the choice of touring the factory or visiting the Future of Flight Aviation Center. Then it's off to the airport for your return flight home. (B)
