TRAVEL ITINERARY


Day 1: Indianapolis / Calgary, AB / Calgary Stampede
Transfer from Calgary Airport to our hotel for a two night stay. Evening of excitement with nine heats of incredible action at the birthplace of chuckwagon racing; 4 drivers, 16 outriders and 32 horses in each heat dash for the finish line. As the sun sets, the outdoor musical extravaganza will capture your imagination with performances including the The Young Canadians of the Calgary Stampede and concluding in a magnificent, award winning fireworks finale. Day 2: Calgary Stampede
We have reserved seats for the crown jewel of the rodeo world. This afternoon see the world's top cowboys in a head to head tournament style competition. Calgary Stampede offers excellence for agriculture with over 40 world-class agricultural events. Day 3: Calgary / Banff, AB / Banff National Park
Traveling the Trans-Canada Highway we head west into the Canadian Rockies to Canada's first National Park, Banff. A tour of the Banff area includes a photo stop at the HooDoo's, Bow Falls and scenic lookouts. Take in the beauty of Lake Louise along with the impressive Chateau built on its shore. Our evening entertainment is a comical musical of Canadians. Check into your hotel for a 2-night stay. Mount Royal or Charlton's Cedar Court, Banff, AB (B,D)

Day 4: Banff National Park / Lake Louise / Minnewanka Lake Cruise
Ride the gondola to the top of Sulphur Mountain for stunning views of the mountain ranges. Walk along the boardwalk to the many lookouts. Return to the base of the mountain and travel a short distance to the lake. Take to the water with a cruise showcasing "the water of the spirits" through tales of history, native folklore and geology. Lunch and tour at Banff Springs Hotel is always magnificent. Day 5: Calgary, AB / Indianapolis, IN
