Fresh salt air, sandy beaches, rocky coves, cosmopolitan cities, remote lighthouses, rich history, warm hospitality, rustic fishing villages, succulent seafood, unspoiled nature, varied activities, first-rate facilities and travel routes…all of these things and more make Canada’s Maritime Provinces one of the world’s most popular destinations. Get a taste of the Maritimes on this delightful tour of Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island.

This grand excursion takes you to Peggy’s Cove, a famous fishing village, and UNESCO World Heritage Town of Lunenburg. See the world’s highest tides in Digby. Travel through the Annapolis Valley to the Grand Pre to discover the romance of the Land of Evangeline. Onto Moncton, where you can walk the ocean’s floor at low tide at Hopewell Rocks, and cross the world’s largest continuous multi-span bridge to Prince Edward Island.

Take advantage of free time in Charlottetown exploring, golfing, or discovering Prince Edward Island National Park, home to sandstone cliffs, white beaches and green fields that inspired the book Anne of Greene Gables. Ride the ferry to Nova Scotia, where you will tour Cape Brenton Island and Baddeck, featuring the Alexander Graham Bell National Historic Site. The tour continues along one of North America’s prettiest drives, Cabot Trail, then on to Cape Breton Highlands National Park for whale watching. The final day of this extended excursion tours the 1744 Fortress of Louisbourg National Historic Site featuring historic, costumed guides paying tribute to New France. The Atlantic Maritime tour concludes along the shores of Bras d’Or to the mainland.
