Request a Group Travel Plan

When it comes to planning travel packages, we at Interlude know that you want accurate information, reputable accommodations, realistic and unique itineraries, and regional foods. We work one-on-one with you to determine what you require. Then, a customized travel package is created based on your specifications and interests.

STEP 1 -Talk to us

First step is to email us or call us. During our conversation, tell us in your own words the type of group you have, what their interests are, destinations of interest, how long you’d like to be there, and what you want to experience when you get there. Ask us the questions you need answered, and we will explain how the planning process works.

STEP 2 Designing your travel experience

Following our initial conversation, we will suggest an itinerary for your chosen destination, including rough estimate of costs, and some optional attractions that can be added or substituted. In close consultation with you, we will fine-tune the program, making any desired changes to the original concept.

STEP 3 – The Proposal

Once you are satisfied with the customized itinerary, we will ask you to sign our Tour Agreement, and supply a tour deposit to cover the costs of reservations and room blocks (applied to final balance). At this time costs and timeline will be provided. Once received, all services will be booked and confirmed.

STEP 4 - Final confirmation

Full payment is due as specified on your Tour Agreement (typically 30-60 days prior to departure). Once payment is received, you will receive a pre-departure information package containing all relevant contact and logistical details. Interlude will make all payment on behalf of your group.
